Spicy Hashbrown Avocado Toast

Ingredients

Frozen hashbrown patties
2
eggs
1
Avocado
mashed
lemon juice
to taste
Everything bagel seasoning
to taste
Sriracha
to taste
Instructions
Air fry or bake your hashbrown patties according to the instructions on the back of the package
While the patties cook, mash the avocado until mostly smooth. Mix in the lemon juice.
In a pan, fry the eggs to liking. I like to do over easy but you can make your eggs however you would like.
Once the hashbrowns are done, start assembling. Spread the avocado with a butte knife and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
Add your eggs on top of each hashbrown.
Top with more everything bagel seasoning, and sriracha.
