Spicy Hashbrown Avocado Toast

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Frozen hashbrown patties
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Avocado mashed
  • lemon juice to taste
  • Everything bagel seasoning to taste
  • Sriracha to taste

Instructions
 

  • Air fry or bake your hashbrown patties according to the instructions on the back of the package
  • While the patties cook, mash the avocado until mostly smooth. Mix in the lemon juice.
  • In a pan, fry the eggs to liking. I like to do over easy but you can make your eggs however you would like.
  • Once the hashbrowns are done, start assembling. Spread the avocado with a butte knife and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
  • Add your eggs on top of each hashbrown.
  • Top with more everything bagel seasoning, and sriracha.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

*Feel free to dress up yours however you’d like. Suggestions include balsamic glaze, caramelized onions, and/or tomatoes.
