The P. Diddy – A Loaded Biscuit Breakfast Sandwich

For my meal, I ordered The P. Diddy, which is a biscuit sandwich layered with bacon, cheese, fried egg, and avocado, all smothered in sausage gravy.

I requested the sausage gravy on the side (as shown in my photo) both to highlight the ingredients 

inside the sandwich and because I’m mildly lactose intolerant. Even without the gravy poured over, the sandwich was incredibly rich, flavorful, and satisfying.

The combination of ingredients works surprisingly well together:

• The biscuit is soft and buttery
• The bacon adds a smoky crunch
• The egg brings richness
• The avocado adds creaminess and balance

Even without the gravy fully incorporated, every bite is packed with flavor. It’s easily one of the more indulgent and satisfying brunch sandwiches I’ve had.

Vegan Sausage, Potato & Veggie Hash

My sister ordered the vegan hash, which included plant-based sausage, potatoes, and vegetables. The flavor was surprisingly bold and well-seasoned, making it one of the better vegan breakfast options I’ve tried. The seasoning and texture made it feel just as satisfying as a traditional meat-based hash.

She also ordered the vegan pancakes, served with fresh fruit and almond butter. They were fluffy, flavorful, and paired beautifully with the toppings.
